"Bid me run, and I will strive with things impossible!" Colin has reached @ShakespeareNP in Prescot, where he clocks up the 39-mile mark and is met by Sarah Godenho from @HSKnowsley. @Sciontec's Aron Walker takes up the bike as Colin heads west towards Knowsley Park.

After a short trip on the ferry, Colin has made his way through Liverpool in the company of Alex Rigby @centre_56 and Carolyn Knott @LpoolCityRegion, and they've now reached Hale Village.
