A great day @GlassFutures to launch one of the most significant innovation centres in the North since the First Industrial Revolution - and which could lead the way in the Green Industrial Revolution. Yet I was disappointed that no government ministers joined us yesterday.

Our transatlantic venture is underway and we had a motivating visit yesterday with one of our founding members, @OI_Glass, visiting the site to learn about their operations and planning how we work together, sharing Glass Futures R&D strategy to explore #sustainability synergies.
