Today our Carroll County Delegation sent a joint letter to PSEG. A recent court ruling (under appeal) granted PSEG the ability to come into people’s property that are on the projected route to conduct surveys for MPRP - a power line that hasn’t been approved yet…1/3 #StopMPRP

Sometimes really really bad things happen and there wasn’t anything that could’ve (without benefit of hindsight) been done realistically. Just absolutely awful.
The more I read about what happened in Texas the more I get the sense that nobody messed up. The warnings were issued in a timely manner and people reacted responsibly to them but it just became too much water too fast that nobody could see coming.
