The only option they've offered me is to reverse to the original ticket on 1/28, even though I've made plans based on the promised new ticket.

did not push through the booking and no business class seats were available so I would have to pay 2000 dollars to fly economy from Chennai to Delhi. Or they could reinstate the ticket from the 28th. Further note, at no point did they ever contact me to inform me of any of this.

Lufthansa did not send me an email about it to confirm but I reviewed it in the online portal. Vistara MAA to DEL leaving on 1/30. Today when I checked, the MAA to DEL leg was missing and only the DEL to ZUR was confirmed. When I called customer service, they said that they

There are about TWELVE such NO Smoking signs along the building on my walk to work. I saw at least FIVE people (some employees) smoking next to them. I saw ZERO signs with links to smoking cessation information, qr codes to employee assistance programs. Can't we do better?
