@eemoin What -is- best evidence? even “gold standard” RCTs often old, incomplete, inconclusive, rife w lack of representation. SO to @NEJMEvidence for tackling these ?s. And SO to the collective wisdom of lived experience of the many when the science not inclusive/conclusive.
