This is wrong @SecKennedy. You are putting children and adults at risk by denying years of research and accumulated evidence disproving links between vaccination and autism. This is not the MAHA you promised. #misinformation https://t.co/wEicoqRaZ6 via @NYTimes

Just learned about limbic-predominant age-related TDP-43 encephalopathy (LATE) that can be confused for Alzheimer. LATE affects primarily the hippocampus and manifests as memory loss. Alone is less severe than AD but together makes AD worse. #Alzheimer

Not a good thing when one reads about Dr. Ralph Abraham becoming the No. 2 at the CDC, despite a track record of downplaying vaccines and delaying outbreak alerts. Hard not to worry about what this means for public health decisions ahead. #CDC #PublicHealth

This is a setback for the idea that GLP-1s could be useful for Alzheimer’s patients. Let’s hope other ongoing trials using different GLP-1s show better results. #Alzheimer #NovoNordisk

Reading the latest flu outlook and it doesn’t look great. A faster-spreading variant is picking up, and cases are surging. The vaccine won’t block all infections, but it still cuts severe disease. Did you already get your shot? #FluSeason https://t.co/kdkkwrHLLe via @NYTimes

Just listened to a piece on personalized cancer vaccines built from mRNA. The science is incredible, targeting each patient’s unique tumor mutations. But misinformation, funding and public trust are shaky, and that could slow real progress. #CancerResearch

New data show that many cancers don’t just spread, they invade major blood vessels and release surges of tumor cell clusters right before death. These vascular failures may be key drivers of lethality and targets for new therapies #CancerResearch #Oncology

New research shows brain tumors contain bacterial fragments, not live bacteria. These fragments activate the body’s defense system inside the tumor and often match bacteria from a patient’s mouth. This may change how we to treat brain tumors. #BrainTumor

For a person like me on statins for atherosclerosis, it is great to learn that there are ways to stratify cardiovascular event risk by studying plaque composition and inflammation, and a better arsenal of drugs to decrease cardiovascular morbidity. https://t.co/rbWnc0dEnZ
