This is a great debate. I used to be a huge polarised training advocate. Right now I am closer to agnostic. Let me give some context to this comment (thread):
"Polarized training is/is not optimal for endurance athletes." That's the proposition in a new Medicine & Science in Sports & Exercise debate, with big names on both sides. Here's my take on their respective arguments: https://t.co/x9J5PUZJ4Z
