Tunel de Monnaber - start of the wonderful descent down to Soller. 15min of pure joy on a bike, no pedalling required (closer to 20min if you descend like me)

If you want to save Women’s sport for biological females, write, email, call your sporting associations, government, lottery. Be heard. Lodge your disapproval of sex discrimination, especially by British cycling, who’s policy is as poor as the NCAAs &does not mitigate male puberty

If you support this, you’re actively participating in the wilful destruction of women’s sport & women’s rights to fairness & equality. It’s shameful.

This is a great debate. I used to be a huge polarised training advocate. Right now I am closer to agnostic. Let me give some context to this comment (thread):

"Polarized training is/is not optimal for endurance athletes." That's the proposition in a new Medicine & Science in Sports & Exercise debate, with big names on both sides. Here's my take on their respective arguments: https://t.co/x9J5PUZJ4Z

Directly transcribed from Nils Van der Poel's training diary. Monthly training hours from the end of military service to the (apparent) end of speedskating career(?) as WR holder for 5k and 10k speedskating. 5 training days-2 consecutive rest days each week.
