Labour want 16 year olds to vote, but not sit on a jury, join the Armed Forces without consent, or even get a tattoo. This is a confused, cynical move to rewrite the rules in their favor. Voting is serious & it comes with responsibilities. This debate deserves a national.

A better work/life balance means healthier, happier people. I recently secured a similar pilot in two public sector orgs, for which a report is due later this year. From what I hear, it has dramatically reduced staff absences caused by ill health.
