#EE need to read their product claims on screen protectors. “Durable” on cover of the box. Mine failed less than 2 weeks in (fitted in shop by #EE employee at #Llanelli store). I am furious! I now have to make a formal complaint for the sake of a couple of quid. #FeelConned

My advice: Don’t buy a case and screen protector from @EE shop. Mine has cracked in two places in about 2 weeks (not dropped or roughly treated). They refused to replace it on a new #iPhone #xs #ShockingAftersales Won’t renew my other 2 phones with #EE (due for upgrade soon)
