No. What happens in Doñana DOES NOT STAY in Doñana. After more than two years of work, we’ve published an article demonstrating that the poor condition of Doñana negatively affects waterbirds across the ENTIRE continent! Thread below! 🧵 https://t.co/VPBdS86f4e

Jeremy Clarkson, James Dyson, the Earl of Derby – they’re up in arms about paying tax on the vast areas of land they own. Small farmers are worried that changes to Agricultural Property Relief (APR) will affect them. But who are the big landowners complaining the loudest?... 1/

As per IUCN guidelines the Slender-billed Curlew is now no longer seen in the wild. Another species is gone, yet not much is done at #COP29 and #COP16. #ClimateEmergency

#biodiversity declines of 20-30% on sp that inhabit multiple continents go mostly unnoticed. But if market value of int. companies drop 2-3% it becomes global news. However economic markets only exists due to healthy #ecosystems. #conservation #ornithology
