🚨New publication accepted in @JEndourology. We compared percutaneous cystolitholapaxy vs open cystolithotomy in exstrophy patients. The percutaneous approach demonstrated:.🪨 lower risk of VC fistulas.🪨 reduced hospital stays.🪨 equivalent stone clearance. Stay tuned!
