We were fortunate to have @Jaeger_Chris of @BeaumontUrology join us virtually today for virtual VP Grand Rounds to help identify issues in burnout but also strategies to address it. Burnout is a SYSTEM issue, and it takes a TEAM EFFORT with advocacy at the top to fix it.
