Why would he “have to look at it” if he’s not even aware of anyone asking? There must be thousands of people making serious appeals, with supporting evidence or compassionate grounds, yet he feels forced to investigate a completely different case that nobody has raised? No 🙅🏽♂️🙅♀️

For clarity, @BBCTomEdwards, what you describe is probably NOT an e-bike but an electric motorcycle. A Mini fitted with 12 seats becomes a minibus. A panel van fitted with back seats and rear windows becomes a car. Your “souped up ebike” is probably a motorbike.
