Woke up at 144lbs this morning. Feeling small but after some thought decided after the past month or two of maintaining fairly well I’m going to dig deeper into the cut to really prime myself well for a bulk. Great upper lift this morning and feeling better with a pump 💪🏼

This was not out of the realm of possibilities but still a shocking loss for Ohio State. I doubt all the top seeded teams will lose tomorrow, but it is clear having a bye and almost a month of no football is a disadvantage. Hurts having a cupcake schedule as well.
