We haven't fought this hard.. this LONG.. just for marijuana to be reclassified as a Schedule 3 drug. Descheduling is the only answer to address federal criminalization, issues with public benefits, and immigration. Progress, sure, but mainly for the industry.

I am voting NO on the TikTok ban. Rather than target one company in a rushed and secretive process, Congress should pass comprehensive data privacy protections and do a better job of informing the public of the threats these companies may pose to national security.

We have become so comfortable with poverty, with Black folks in distress; that when a Black person says I have no water or food- no one thinks- “lets get him some water and food.” No, instead someone thinks- lets put him in a chokehold.
