These jobs are at walking distance from Delhi. Very few Haryana people r working in these jobs. Gurgaon has only 3 govt hospitals. It is developed only after saturation and lack of space in Delhi. No Haryana govt can develop another Guragon, specially without proximity to Delhi.

More than that actually. That is just income tax. Most things fall in 18% GST plus tax on petrol/diesel among many type of taxes, easily an extra 5-7% overall. May be 6/12 months we are working for government. Surprisingly still govt and PSUs in loss and debt ridden.
