I left HDFC bank in 2006 n did not vest by ESOPs. Got carried away by 25% salary hike n switched Realised my mistake in 2010 & hv been buyin 10 HDFC shares every mth for 9yrs. A colleague who stayed back has ESOPs worth 15Cr Lesson learnt-Never Interrupt d compounding process!

@connectgurmeet Same here. Set up a self sustaining business during past 10 years and now doing whatever I feel like. Koi grudge na rah jaye, ye soch ke jo maan karta hai kar lete hain but I have learnt to put a stop loss in real life also

Core operating performance was solid in Q2. CASA and NIMs also improved. So did the loan mix. Blackstone coming in is an endorsement of new leadership and positive rate of change in the bank. RBI is pivoting on ownership and more banking reforms are loading.

As per CAIT, India spent 6 lac crore + ( $70 billion) this Diwali season . 25% jump over last year. Auto, appliances , apparel’s seeing most traction … sweets lightly lower. With US trade deal nearing , things looking auspicious for investors.
Massive footfalls at wholesale markets like Lajpat Nagar ,Karol Bagh, Sadar Bazar. Even malls and large market places like CP are buzzing. I had to walk 3.5 KM from India Gate to outercircle as traffic hardly moved.. Jewellers and Utensil outlets are stock out. So are dry fruit
