In #Falmouth yesterday, @MassLtGov and @MA_DHCD Undersecretary Maddox announced nearly $50M in direct funding and $89M in state and federal housing tax credits to support the preservation and development of 1,474 units of housing across 26 projects in #Massachusetts.

Housing needs on the Cape and Islands are getting harder and harder to meet. We will continue to work on solutions to this with our partnerships with the Falmouth Housing Corporation and the Island Housing Trust on Marthaâs Vineyard.

Today in Roxbury, Sec. Kennealy joined Mayor Wu to celebrate Boston's three #MassWorks grants awarded through the #OneStop. Funds will provide critical support for commercial development in Nubian Square, as well as housing redevelopment projects in Charlestown and Jamaica Plain.

We have worked with @UTEC_inc since '07 when we financed and developed their HQ in a historic church in downtown Lowell. We were thrilled to serve as consultant & OPM, helping transform their front yard and underused space in the City's ROW for their clients and the public!
