We need many more of these. Increased employment of advanced practitioners everywhere is a priority combined with a focus on wrapping shared capabilities around the patient/citizen and drawing on the complimentary expertise of all our health and care professions.

Can’t believe 20 years after first being a Cons Nurse we’re still having to illuminate/clarify the role Focus needs be on the realities of implementation & examine the rhetoric vs actual.. a mixed methods study would poss show often they operate between Bands 8-4 and admin 🤔
