We reasoned we could apply our mucin-selective protease StcE to tumor sections and visualize the resultant glycopeptides by MALDI MSI. Thanks to @DrakeLabMUSC, with some analysis help from @gcharkoftaki @vasilisyale, we were able to obtain these beautiful images!
