Until today I could buy an off peak train ticket or anytime ticket allowing use with any train operator but now this isn’t available and you are inconveniently tied to travelling with a specific train operator eg Avanti, Northern etc. @SimonCalder

Tens of thousands of people came from rivers & seas across the country to march through London in the biggest water demonstration in UK history. It was so large that people were still leaving the Albert Embankment as the procession entered Parliament Square. All those marching

Unbelievably bad flooding in Valencia but hardly a mention on the news
As the waters recede it’s not hard to see why so many have lost their lives in and around Valencia. Recovery will take years and cost billions.
