๐จNew paper alert๐ฐ.Out now on @CellReports: Tco89, an understudied TORC1 subunit in yeast, keeps upstream regulators and TORC1 together. Moreover, TORC1 controls Tco89 stability -> Spatial regulation through multisite phosphorylation!.

Muneshige & Hatakeyama @Hatakeyama_Lab @aberdeenuni find that vacuoles supply membrane during the formation of TORC1-containing signaling #endosomes in yeast in a process mediated by the membrane-cutting CROP complex and promoted by TORC1 kinase activity.
