Explain this. Bitcoin options volumes are recording a record high compared to perps. While the "crypto options market" apparently doesn't exist.

I recently had a barbell mishap at a very upscale gym. Hardly anyone came to the rescue. People next to me were totally indifferent. In the same town, I had the same type of problem in a downmarket blue-collar gym full of pumped up gymbros. About the entire gym ran to help.
