On #MentalHealthDay2024 my best advice for good #MentalHealth and #SuicidePrevention is to lock your doors and keep the police out. Why? Police provide 'enlightenment' guaranteed to result in a full understanding of suicide. https://t.co/IC7rsk6U0H

Over half a century of living and I have never witnessed the level of dis-service that Samsung UK @SamsungUK dish up as standard! Shamelessly stating they do not even have a complaints process! #Disgusting #CustomerService #Samsung #SamsungUK #MobilePhone

Service-users, have gone to their death falsely accused of wrong doing by ignorant, incompetent care homes. #Safeguarding took no effective action. #CQC fail to hold #CareHome to account. Zero support for grieving relatives. No prevention or improvement for future service users

Please re-Tweet to raise awareness: What we commonly call #dementia "behaviors" actually are communication about confusion, pain, distress, or for other wants or needs to be addressed. We must view them compassionately and listen for the message. #Alzheimers #caregiving #quote

To @CitizensAdvice After waiting 40 mins to speak to an advisor, she consults supervisor. Calls me back with suggestions I've already tried. Tells me she doesn't know what to do. I ask if she will consult supervisor or person with legal knowledge. She hangs up! #NotHelpful

Police took no account that allegations were made by individual with incurable brain tumour, diagnosed with severe #MentalHealth issues and whose responses were deemed by a medical professional as unreliable? #Police need #SuicidePrevention training! #WorldMentalHealthDay2024

Sounds like @NYorksPolice are weaponising incompetence to cover up inappropriate conduct, serious errors of judgement and damning mistakes. #Carers for those with #MentalHealth issues should not be hounded into suicidal thoughts, they should be supported. #WMHD2024

#HMRC No use. By the way that is NOT the number for the bereavement team. It is apparently 0300 200 3310 - NOT as stated on the website. But why would you care if you're just sending people round in circles to hold for 20+ minutes with no answers at the end of it!e

The @HMRCcustomers quote the contact number for bereavement as 0300 200 3300. Twenty minutes on hold to be told by a general enquiries operative in Liverpool I should phone the bereavement team! Says she'll put me through - but instead cuts me off. Second attempt -on hold again!
