@inkrotaudio Not Sac State’s fault there tbh 1) The Cal State system voted to increase fees 6% over the next 5 years so “tuition fees for a full-time undergraduate student will increase from $6,084 in 2024-25 to $7,682 by 2028-29.” 2) Gov. Newsom also cut CSU funding by 8% for 2025

No decision this week on the NCAA Settlement. Something tells me we will hear from the judge next week. I’m still at an 80% chance of approval.
It’s after 5 p.m. PT, and there is no decision on the House settlement. In 40 days, DI athletic departments are scheduled to begin paying out more than $1 billion to athletes. The formal establishment of the enforcement entity remains on hold. The industry remains in limbo.

Per a source, final approval is quickly coming together for Sacramento State to begin competing as an FBS independent in football, with all other sports joining the Big West. Grand Canyon joining the Mountain West Conference a year early is also being fast-tracked.
