Quest/LabCorp say “Low” is <200 pg/ml, but read the fine print, and you’ll see: “It has been reported that between 5 and 10% of patients with values between 200 and 400 ng/ml may experience NEUROPSYCHIATRIC and hematologist abnormalities…” FYI, your doctor will prob miss this!

From the research on saunas, I expect that steam rooms give most of the benefit, but hot baths and infrared saunas ONLY HALF. There appear to be 2 ways saunas help. Thread

@hubermanlab @hubermanlab I’d love to share the work I did with Navy SEALs/pilots - we discovered that flying causes inflammation, which prevents resetting your circadian rhythm. By turning that off, we can reset your clock so you sleep well night 1. The inflammation piece is overlooked.
