Poor show @CostaCoffee offer me a free sweet treat and the only option as a vegan is this. You used to have a few options, now just this. What will happen after Christmas??

The people amused/shocked/appalled that the BBC would hire a boxing reporter with no arms are going to fall off their sofas when they hear I also do golf, tennis, snooker etc. PS I also have a prosthetic leg and report on football 😱 (Thanks @tphollingsworth for the pic)

Just watching the Olympics Opening Ceremony, which is quite different than being in a stadium. Just wondering if they will do the same for the Paralympics. If so will they have enough accessible boats? 🤔

I really want to be shocked by Anna’s story because it’s horrid. But like she says, it’s happening every day. I recall having to collect my degree off stage, called out and then being pointed to “down there”, while my peers went up. I forgot how awful it was.

Anna Landre was given the Freedom of the City of London award for her disability campaigning and says it is "absurd" she was unable to collect the award on stage due to not being offered an accessible ramp.

‼️@currys has an amazing new service called @WelcoMe_CS that supports disabled people to access retail. Check out this link to see where it’s available, set up a profile and visit a store to see what you think. #Access4All #RethinkRetail #DontWantOurCash.

I made a video about what it's like to be a disabled cyclist. The freedom is like nothing else until you meet the A frames, the chicanes and the cars in the cycle lane.

London Marathon 2024 🏃‍♂️ It was incredible! You only ever run your first marathon once and my god that was hard! I ran my best race, embraced the wall and came out the other side. I have been raising money for an amazing charity! Please donate below https://t.co/tdirNUo7DZ
