First half marathon race in the books. I won’t lie it was hard! However, completing the run was a massive achievement, everytime I’d signed up for a race before I’d always picked up some sort of injury. Today I learnt a lot about myself through a lot of suffering!

My main takeaway/ reflection upon this year so far is to coach and lead with joy. Joy in practices, interactions and games creates such a unique environment that brings people together more than to win! We are on our own journey with some fantastic people alongside us!!
