We are deeply concerned & frustrated by the NCSE SNA Review Guidelines, which will inevitably lead to yet more unwarranted & unsustainable cuts to our most vulnerable pupils & will severely impact the educational experiences of all pupils. Please sign&share

On paper, that looks supportive; in practice, it outsources the risk to principals and teachers.

This is my grandmother Margaret. She has been a school secretary for 28 years. She will retire without an occupational pension. This is wrong - Pension Parity should be given to all! The Minister must act to avoid strike! @HMcEntee @Education_Ire @labour @forsa_union_ie

Why are school secretaries & caretakers going on strike? Listen to F贸rsa member Victoria Luke on Claire Byrne explain the deep injustice that has forced this action. The Dept of Public Expenditure still had time to avoid the chaos, if they do the right thing.

Chronic underfunding of schools was a key issue we raised with Oireachtas Members in Leinster House last June. Sadly, this could become the reality for many more schools if nothing changes.

@MarianHarkin Is there any update on your motion and what work is being done on it by @NormaFoleyTD1 or @1Hildegarde since it was passed unamended? We would appreciate some accountability from our Ministers.

2/2 A motion on these matters passed unmended in the D谩il thereafter. To what end? Opportunity lost and irretrievable damage to primary school children and education after this budget. #FundOurSchools #PrioritiseEducation #PrioritiseOurChildren @OireachtasNews @Education_Ire

1/2 Principals from across the country sat before a cross party meeting in Leinster House in June outlining the funding, leadership & SEN crisis in our schools, appealing for awareness & assistance. Absolute shame that our information seems to have fallen on deaf ears.
