We at FLAG DV absolutely echo this, it is an excellent start that there is now a pilot scheme that will help those experiencing domestic abuse gain access to emergency funds to help them leave an abusive relationship. #DomesticAbuse #progress #emergencyfund.
Today's emergency fund announcement follows months of campaigning by Women's Aid, and really could be the difference between life and death. The pilot is an excellent start in supporting survivors who desperately need emergency funds.
