Yuchi Ma, of @Stanford, led a “Fine & DANNdy” talk about his group’s proposed method to improve subfield-level crop yield mapping. The method VAE-QDANN, uses a Variational AutoEncoder and quantile regression framework to filter outlier samples and improve accuracy. #AGU23
