A big mystery solved? Endogenous function of the CRBN Ligase revealed by Christina Woo et al @Nature!! Spoiler…it’s all about protein quality control. CRBN recognizes damaged proteins with cyclic di-peptides that mimic IMiDs! So cool👏👏
