Really hard to overstate how good Fletcher is at his job to get responses like this.
Great conversation with new Pelicans Executive Vice President Joe Dumars. He tells me Zion Williamson is the "face of the franchise" and he used Dennis Rodman, Bill Laimbeer and Rasheed Wallace as examples to convey to Zion what's possible as a pro.
