@mapzthfc It's one of the most formally daring films of last year. Very much an anti-legacy sequel. It's my favourite film of 2025. Boyle and Garland are maybe the best director/writer duo since Scorsese and Schrader.

rewatched 28 years later before seeing the bone temple last night and i still canāt believe how anthony dod mantleās cinematography and jodie comerās performance flew under the awards radar. would be a shame if the bone temple got overlooked like that.

28 YEARS LATER THE BONE TEMPLE - The first summer blockbuster arrived in January. Garlandās script is tight/funny but also the darkest of the series. Itās a tonal tightrope that Nia DaCosta walks beautifully. Ralph and OāConnell are unreal. I canāt believe they did it.
