Judge overturned my wrongful jury conviction for laundering $ for a drug dealer. We're now asking for a new trial as the jury was obviously tainted by the false drug dealing association. Sentencing still set for Monday.

I'm grateful judge Laplante saw clearly the dishonest "money laundering" charge where I was convicted for a fake drug dealer IRS agent's purchase of BTC at a vending machine without my permission, shouldn't have been sent to the jury. One BS charge down, 7 to go!

Thanks to the dozens and dozens of people who came to support me in federal court today. The judge wants legal arguments regarding restitution and whether it is applicable, so sentencing will resume October 2nd at 10am. Please mark your calendar.

My lovely wife just won her showdown with the "City of Keene" gang at district court church in a parking ticket trial! Her first time taking a ticket to trial, by the way - video to come!
More people should do stuff like this 😄 mine was a $15 parking ticket and I asked the parking enforcer on the stand how much she was being paid to be there. $25 an hour 😂 it costed them more to prosecute me than they’d make if I paid the ticket.
