This, 100% Trump actively worked to gut the NLRB, so that it would be easier for corporations to break unions and cheat. If you look at the actual substantive policies, Trump was objectively TERRIBLE for unions.
I know this might sound crazy but one important thing to consider when evaluating Trump and Biden on unions is to actually look at the policy positions they have supported and implemented as president
