This is dumb. If you want to steal money at least find a reasonable excuse. How does buying a car for justices "strengthen" the judiciary system. What about the other people in the system. Will you buy a car for them too? How is this not bribery?.

Overseeding done today! . The hardest part was aerating the soil. as you can see I used the manual aerator. That part knocked me out. The actual seeding and top soil layering was soft work.
Before and after my Miracle-gro lawn treatment. However some patches still persist and I will need to recover that with seeding. Plus some dandelion and clovers are still persisting but they will meet their doom tomorrow. I don buy weedol!
