I will try to say one positive thing about this woman: She at least APPEARS genuinely remorseful.

So, gamedevs, if you find that your game is fucktardedly difficult on Normal, that does not mean you need to relabel it as "Hard" and add an easier "Normal" setting.
Whatever is the intended experience. That is your "Normal". Base everything else off of that.
