I’m kinda of captivating by how distorted a lot of the shots look. It makes me feel like AI would be great for making surreal atmospheric or cosmic horror films. Where your eyes can tell something is wrong but can’t entirely tell why.

Yakuza 0 is often cited as one of the best in your situation! Despite using familiar characters, it doesn’t mention any previous games so you can be introduced easily. Although if you’re a turn based fan, Like a Dragon would be a fantastic one to start with too!

Main thing I can praise is that at least compared to laptops: it doesn’t radically affect performance when unplugged. Some games are just unplayable unplugged on laptop, but on the steam deck they run just as great as they always do. Even if it only lasts for like half an hour.
