I accidentally manifested my dream job. Secretly, I started two weeks ago. Here is what happened:. In 2020, I completed a manuscript for the Navalmanack, but I had no idea how publish a book, or any inkling of what do to next. @TuckerMax gave me a pep talk (in his own way)

A new proposal from @CMSgov under @DrOz wants to add catheters, ostomy & trach supplies to Medicare’s competitive bidding program. This is a bad idea and will worsen outcomes for seniors & Medicare recipients. My latest in @MedPageToday explains why ⬇️

The bull case for @AstroForge. Obvious, yet rarely understood.
Everything we value on earth. minerals, metals, energy and even land, exists in infinite supply in space. Earth is just a crumb in a supermarket filled with resources. The only way to open up space is through economics, by making it impactful for society.

Everything is a marvel. Especially burgers.
It’s actually insane when you stop and think about the supply chain complexity of a hamburger. You’ve got beef that has to be raised, butchered, transported, refrigerated, ground, and portioned. Lettuce that wilts if you look at it wrong, tomatoes that have a two-day window of.

This is EXACTLY why I write books. I write them for the experience of writing them. I would write them even if no one else bought them, or even read them for free.
The purest reason to make something is not to make money and not even to make the thing. It’s to have the experience of making the thing - and no one can take that from you.
