Our electric bill is around $355 a month. People who live in older homes often have older insulation and other problems that aren't easily fixed, especially when they are on fixed incomes. We have to STOP assuming and painting everything with a broad brush.
@a4waystop That wouldn't work. People can't afford their energy bills already. Look at all of the new power demands from AI companies etc. That would just shift the budget.
