You either don’t understand how farming works, or you’re choosing to be obtuse. They’re not inheriting 11.4m “quid,” they’re inheriting assets. Assets that are necessary to farm, so they can lead stressful lives, operating on tiny margins, to feed imbecilic ingrates like you.
Poor bloke - Farm worth 12 million quid and so will pay £600,000 inheritance tax but can do it over ten years - imagine how we'd all struggle inheriting on 11.4 million quid . Should do a Go Fund Me page . I don't know how I'll sleep worrying about them paying a share ( fair.
