Hezbollah raised the spectre of civil war on Friday with a warning there would be "no life" in Lebanon if the government sought to confront or eliminate the Iran-backed group.
Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, and the UAE offer Lebanon funds if Hezbollah disarms . Although this is encouraging news, it is hard to fathom how exactly Hezbollah can be disarmed, short of civil war. How can it be done?
