Understanding our range of emotions begins this early! So important for us to be able to name & express the full, glorious range of emotions to live our very best lives & thrive! πŸ˜ƒ πŸ˜” 😝 😝 😠

Four years ago our son wanted to demonstrate thru photography how isolating school based anxiety felt. His attendance was compromised from year 7 but with the help of an amazing ALNCO, TAs & pastoral staff he achieved in all his GCSEs & A Levels. #needsled #relationships #ebsa

It’s why we ask for accommodations as learners with #trauma are more likely to be #neurodivergent & those on the #ALN register are more likely to have #mentalhealth issues. Often same kids! o coregulate o be a trusted adult o be flexible & child led o be consistent!! #ebsa
