A combination of findings that never happens, and if it does is probably appendicitis. #emergencymedicine.
A 3-year-old female was brought to the ED with complaint of sudden abdominal pain, vomiting, and passage of blood and mucus in stools. A lump was felt in the right lower quadrant. The physician performed an abdominal POCUS exam.
