49-year-old man presented with chest pain to a peripheral hospital without cath lab access. Within minutes, collapsed, and went into VF cardiac arrest. Despite 45 minutes of advanced resuscitation, no ROSC.Thoughts ? #cardiotwitter #MedTwitter @smithECGBlog

@smithECGBlog With my deepest respect to the authors and editors, I can't help wondering why these journals do not accept when we write such articles, but do so when somebody else writes comments on them.

Seven years after we introduced OMI, the flagship Journal of the European Society of of Cardiology finally seems to be recognizing OMI. Although the ECG patterns that they mention are not at all the most important. HyperAcute T waves, and ST depression in V1-4 are among the

A revealing statistic in our study. Supplement Table 3. When both AI and standard of care were correct, they were easy ECGs. When both were wrong, they were VERY hard ECGs. But among the 460 EKGs that were difficult but not impossible, the Queen was 7.36x more likely to get it

I was taught with STEMI paradigm that time is muscle but with OMI paradigm having a much lesser false positive activation rate I can see that OMI saves much more muscle than the standard of care without AI. OMI paradigm with AI in use (PMcardio app).
