Hey @webafrica . How can I move my contract from @FFFibre to @OpenserveZA ? Frogfoot is CONSTANTLY down, and even when they are up, the speed is not even close to what we pay for! OpenServe recently became available in our area and hopefully they will be better…

Another day, another drama… Don’t even know if it helps to complain, or whom to complain to, but: GET IT TOGETHER, @FFFibre @FrogfootSupport & @webafrica ! The whole day our internet was coming and going, and now it’s gone AGAIN! At this point you are less reliable than Eskom!

@FrogfootSupport @FFFibre I have to honestly say, in the 5 years we were with @OpenserveZA we had about half the issues that we’ve had with #Frogfoot in the last 2 months. I hate that we are forced to use a subpar service provider!
