If the dog wasnt rabid, I dont see why it is an issue being bitten by a dog. Plus am sure athlete would have provoked the dog. Else stray dogs dont bite. I urge govt to shift all athletes to shelter homes if they have issues with getting bitten by dogs. *Sarcasm*
