BIG: a seasoned opposition candidate from Panvel constituency in Maharashtra 2024 elections has provided hard ‘evidence’ of duplicate voters in his constituency running into several thousands . Most importantly, Balaram Patil actually complained with ‘proof’ BEFORE the elections.

Man, if I were the government, I'd bend bureaucratic mumbo-jumbo for an organisation that is willing to house thousands of animals in a protected private sanctuary. If the private sector is efficient, the government should be an enabler, not a ticket collector.
@Tushar15_ Country has to run as per policies and constitution. Govt has bent rules for exotic animals and wildlife act for Vantara. Whereas in case of strays, it is not fulfilling its responsibility for proper vaccination and sterilisation for which it has been allocated budget. Simple.
