Excited to share a new manuscript from collaborative work with @LippmannLabVU led by our coadvised student @AlexofSomeSorts. Alex applied siRNA conjugates into the CSF and characterized brain transport and cell type-dependent gene silencing.

New paper out today in Nature BME on our albumin binding siRNA conjugate as a disease modifying drug for arthritis. Great team effort to get this out. If you’re a postdoc candidate or RNA chemist interested in this type of work, please hit me up!
